For over 25 years, René David Hadjadj has advised, supported and trained senior executives and their teams mainly on strategy, management and change management, crisis management and management, complex project management, Organizational and human relations. His philosophy and his practice of coaching remains essentially oriented concrete result, simple and logical with respect to the context. A humanistic, light-hearted, humorous and unexpected approach that allows the person or a team to appropriate the desire to open, to try something new, and to dare new strategies. In 2002, he was among the first Europeans to be certified Master Coach by ICF. In 2006, he created “Executive Master Class” “Master Classes of Managers and Masters Class of Coaching”. In 2009, he was a founding partner of “RSI-Team”. He is the author of the books “The Marketing of the Coach” Ed Eyrolles 2009 – and the “Supervision of the Coaches” Ed. Eyrolles 2010. In June 2010 he created and launched the first International Association of Supervisors “ICSI” International Coach Supervision Institute. In January 2011, he created “Le Coaching Kinétique” and “CAP 90”. In January 2012, he created “Tools of Emotions” & “the spirit of change” for Leaders. In January 2014, he created “Spirit of coaching”. He works with various programs in coaching schools (International Mozaik, Nova Terra in Brussels, SciencesPO). In January 2015, he created “Les Ateliers Marco Polo” & “Spirit of Supervision” In April 2016, he created « Audace et Leadership ».
